What are the hours of meter enforcement?
Parking meters are enforceable Monday through Saturday, 24 hours a day, except on City Holidays. City holidays include: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr., Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day / Day After, Christmas Day.
What should I do if a parking meter is broken?
If you park at a broken parking meter please call 1-888-266-1360 to report the broken meter. After calling in the broken parking meter time limits apply to parking (i.e. 1 or 2 hour parking limit).
Do people with disabilities have to pay meters?
Yes. However, certain spaces are designated for use only by persons with disabilities. Only vehicles displaying an official hang-tag or license plates may park in such spaces.
What do I do if my car is towed?
Call A Tow at 404-577-6566. Payments and other release arrangements must be made in person at A Tow Atlanta: 180 Harriet St, Atlanta, GA 30315 (24-hours per day, 7-days per week). Valid registration and insurance information will need to be presented at the time of a vehicle's release.
How do I dispute a parking citation?
Dispute forms are available at the Municipal Court of Altanta at 150 Garnett Street or online at www.atlantaga.gov.
